Biografia
E’ la stella del biathlon azzurro. Ha iniziato a praticare questa disciplina nel 2000 – incentivata dai fratelli - e dopo una medaglia iridata in staffetta nel 2013 e il bronzo di Sochi 2014 ha vissuto un’escalation formidabile che l’ha portata a vincere l’argento nell’inseguimento mondiale di Holmkollen 2016 (è tra le tre azzurre capace di salire sul podio individuale iridato) e la Coppa del Mondo 2016 nell'individuale (seconda italiana di sempre dopo Nathalie Santer nel '93-'94). Nel 2019 è diventata la prima azzurra di sempre a vincere la Coppa del Mondo generale, exploit ripetuto l'anno successivo: è arrivata a toccare quota 4 sfere di cristallo totali, contando anche quelle di specalità. Ha collezionato anche 10 podi mondiali, con 3 ori da impazzire. Ama leggere, mangiare – quando può – la cioccolata e si diverte andando in bicicletta. Prima della gara si diverte con l’uncinetto. Per amore ha lasciato Brunico per trasferirsi in Val di Fiemme. E sogna di diventare mamma.
